On Sunday, July 24th the Toronto Loves Kicks (TLK) team took part in the 2011 Toronto Youth Day that was held at Dundas Square. It has been a while since the whole TLK team came together all at the same time to celebrate music, dance, art, fashion and photography, which is pretty much what TLK is all about. There were over 500 youth showcasing their talents for all of Toronto to see, not to mention the variety of different cultures and tastes that gathered to support the event.
With Youth Day being held at Dundas Square aka the “Heart of the City”, there was so much to capture and if you have never seen our TLK street team before, I’m sure you would have seen them on this day. Let’s just say the TLK street team + a camera equals memorable moments. The day was a big success and a way for TLK to touch Toronto’s Sole.
Thank you to all that came out and supported not only TLK but all the youth that showcased their talents throughout the day. A special thanks to the whole team that made the looooong day fun and go by fast.
