While Toronto has next to NO sneaker spots left in the city our New York City neighbour just keeps banging them out. I was talking to a homie of mine that’s looking to open sneaker spot in Toronto and he put me up on the new Nike Basketball Boulevard Ice Pop Up store. It’s a temporary retail space for the summer.
Nike Basketball has this part cooling center, part shaved ice shop, part retail but all basketball store looking like a NYC summer culture shop. There’s a large commercial refrigerator door that you enter that gives you the opportunity to customize your own Nike Basketball wears from shorts to kicks, while being surrounded by snow cones and Corona’s.
This looks like my kinda hangout on a hot day…….
